Artists' Coalition elects new officers

Sedona Visual Artists' Coalition Elects New Directors and Officers, then Sends Call to Artists

The members of the Sedona Visual Artists' Coalition (SVAC) held their Annual Meeting on July 19th to elect Officers and a new slate of Directors for the upcoming year. The Officers include Julee Norton-Cohen, President, Laura Pokorny, Vice President, and Joanie Wolter, Secretary. The newly elected SVAC Directors include Myrna Goldstein, Jane Kempe, Catherine Kubu, and Bev Jenai Myers. Members honored their retiring Board Members by thanking them for their service in a new meeting location - the Church of the Red Rocks at 54 Bowstring Drive - where all future meetings will be held.

Immediately following the election, SVAC announced that a "Free for All is coming to Sedona," and put out a call to all artists to participate.

The show is open to artists at all levels in their creative process. If you are an artist and would like to participate in this exciting show, a prospectus is available online at .
