Magical music of Meadowlark featured for Valentine's Day at Golden Goose Café
Be transported on a magic carpet ride as Rick Cyge and Lynn Trombetta perform as Meadowlark for a special Valentine's Day dinner at Golden Goose Café, 5:30-9 p.m.

Meadowlark creates an uplifting, instrumental voyage inspired by the beauty of natural places. Their skillful combination of a single guitar and solo flute produces captivating, organic music which is as distinctive in sound as it is diverse in scope. There is a wonderful chemistry between the pair and listeners are amazed to learn the peaceful, soothing, ethereal, richly layered music that is their signature sound is created by only two musicians. .

Riding between worlds, Meadowlark's unique compositions share the places and times that served as inspiration: A hovering hawk takes flight through string-tapping on Cyge's guitar; ocean surf resonates in the warm and mellow tones of Trombetta's flute.

Along the way, Meadowlark seems to change character in "chameleon-like" fashion from song to song, melding influences as diverse as Celtic, African, and Mediterranean. Meadowlark's CDs will be available at the event. Visit for video and to hear sound clips of the duo's numerous album releases.

The Golden Goose Cafe is located in west Sedona at 2545 W. Hwy 89A. Reservations strongly suggested, please call 928-282-1447.
