Sedona indie-record label Mescal Porch Records, run by Brandon Decker, has teamed with the Phoenix-area Echo Cloud Productions and Sundawg Records to bring 14 of Arizona's finest musical acts to Sedona for a one-day festival, Saturday, July 21, at the Martini Bar at Szechuan Restaurant.

The free one-day festival will feature Sedona acts Decker, Jake Payne, and Sam Cavanaugh, in addition to Phoenix-area bands, Future Loves Past, Snake! Snake! Snakes!, Field Tripp, The Wiley One, A Life of Science, Palms and Flagstaff acts Them Savages and Bryant Vazquez.

The live bands will be followed by a dance party hosted by Phoenix DJ's Ex-Ghost and La La Lust.

Festival co-founder Brandon Decker said of the event, "I love anytime we have the opportunity to bring fresh, new music to Sedona and create a big show and party atmosphere that we do not get often enough here.  These are many of my favorite bands and I'm excited to have them all here for this event."

Sundawg Records' Matty Steinkamp said, "It's an exciting event to have so many great Arizona bands featured on one bill and getting up to Sedona is a wonderful way to beat the heat down in Phoenix."

Twelve bands, crossing multiple genres, will share two stages for 12 hours of music capped off by a dance party.  Many of the bands met and performed together at an all-Arizona showcase last March at Austin's South by Southwest Music Festival, which was put on by Phoenix's Echo Cloud Productions.

The free event will take place 2 p.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday, July 21, at the Martini Bar at Szechuan 1350 W Hwy 89, Sedona.
