Seriously Serious dance party at Olde Sedona Bar

Would you like to have a seriously good time? Did you dance your mittens off at "This is Serious"? Did you throw your hands in the air like you just didn't care at "This is Really Serious"? On Saturday April 14, the Soundfreq Music crew returns to Olde Sedona Bar & Grill for yet another "Serious" dance party!

For those locals who are still unfamiliar with the Soundfreq record label it consists of Steve Konkel and Nate Metro along with various international collaborators. Steve and Nate have been recognized both near and far for their unique music productions and party-rocking DJ sets.

Part of the excitement surrounding this show is the recent feature of a Soundfreq Music release on the popular internet radio station, Pandora. This coupled with the blogosphere and publications such as DJ Mag abuzz with Steve and Nate's names gave cause for these gentlemen to celebrate here locally with their friends.

"It feels really good to see our work pay off," commented Steve who has more than twenty songs bearing his name available on iTunes alone. Scores of other bootlegs and remixes produced by either him or Nate surface with a simple Google search.

Metro & Konkel will be joined by Phoenix's legendary DJ Louder who has recently experienced his own successes in the production world. DJ Louder's productions of late have drawn the attention of many international heavyweights and many Sedona residents have danced to his funky bass-laden beats on many occasions.

All of this energy coupled with a beefed up sound system means only one thing: This will be a serious party!
