Local Chef's Dessert Contest in Village of Oak Creek
Sedona’s Sweetest

Feb. 13, 1 to 3 p.m., at Oak Creek Outlet Mall, fall in love on a satisfyingly sweet stroll through the mall, sampling a smorgasbord of Sedona chef creations at the Local Chef's Dessert Contest.

Each shop will feature a different local chef and his or her dessert specialty. Top chef will be determined by popular vote at the Lover's Tent.

This is a free community event to celebrate the many talents and flavors of Sedona. Activities include Valentine making, photos at the Lover's tent, performances by local dance/choral groups, and a raffle.

Competitors include: Cucina Rustica, Heartline Café, Rene's at Tlaquepaque, Marketplace Café, Wild Orchids and more.

The Oak Creek Outlet Mall is a fun place to shop offering a variety of stores and products. This fun loving event is sponsoring the Verde Valley food banks, specifically Sedona Food Bank and the Central Arizona Food Bank.

Attendees are asked to donate a non-perishable food item into the "loving food" bins located through out the mall.
