CAMP VERDE - Harmony on the Rocks, a Sedona-based barbershop chorus, will be performing as part of the Rainbow Acres Fine Arts Series.
The free concert will take place on March 18 at the Palmer Community Center, located on the Rainbow Acres Ranch.
Rainbow Acres is located at 2120 W. Reservation Loop Road in Camp Verde. There will be light refreshments following the performance.
The concert program will feature a wide selection of barbershop classics including Everybody Loves a Lover, Daddy Sang Bass, and What a Wonderful World. The first half of the performance is a tribute to the music of the 1950s and the 1960s.
The second half of the program will feature more traditional barbershop selections.
Harmony on the Rocks is the Sedona chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS), formerly known as the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America (SPEBSQSA).

The Sedona chapter was chartered in 2001, and has maintained a membership of around 20 individuals. They rehearse weekly at Church of the Red Rocks in Sedona. Harmony on the Rocks comes to Rainbow Acres fresh off their Valentine's Day performance.
The group is active in the Verde Valley, performing at retirement centers, private parties and other special occasions. Group members collectively emphasize good music and having a good time while they sing.
