Put your cowboy boots and hats on and bring your dancing feet as you won't be sitting too much if you love country music. Latigo, a Prescott based Country band that was started by Mike Stazenski back in 1989 will be performing Friday July 6th, from 7-10p at Sound Bites Grill in uptown Sedona at the Hyatt Pinon Point.

When lead singer Mike Stazenski was forming this new Country Band he was in need of a guitar player. He was introduced to Joe Canuel who had never played Country before but was soon hooked and they have been together now for over 20 years. Mike and Joe have had several musicians come and go over the years, but feel their current group is one of the best ever.

Nick Canuel (Joe's son) is on drums. He grew up learning from his parents and now is an accomplished drummer, as well as guitar and bass player. Rick Prince, bass guitar and backup vocals is the newest member. He brings a background of a variety of genres, and many years of touring experience. Collectively, Latigo's members have opened for many Nashville acts to include, The Desert Rose Band, John Conlee, and Clint Black.

Check out Latigo at Friday July 6th. The menu has some great steak and barbeque specials to compliment the music. There will be a dancing those of you who like to dance. Please enjoy dressing up in western attire. There will be a $25 gift certificate for Sound Bites given to the best western outfit. For more information call Michele Moore at 928-274-8173
